Fresh Tuna Filllets
Olive Oil
Sliced Garlic
Thin Sliced Onion
Carrots “matchstick cut”
Thin sliced Green Beans
Diced Tomato
Ground Black Pepper
Mondavi Pinot Noir
Water
White Wine Vinegar
Zucchini “matchstick cut”

Heat oil in a sauté pan over low heat.
Add garlic and stir until dark golden brown. Remove.
Add onions and cook 3 minutes.
Add carrots, green beans, tomato, pepper, Pinot Noir, water and vinegar. Cover and simmer 3 minutes to cook vegetables.
Add zucchini and tuna. Cover and cook approx. 5 minutes. Ladle Broth and Vegetables around Tuna to serve.
