Savoury Mushroom & Merlot Bread Pudding

Mixed, diced Mushrooms
Cracked Black Pepper

Mondavi Merlot
Stale Bread - diced
2% Milk

Pre heat oven to 350f
Heat the oil in a sauté pan.
Reduce heat to medium and add onions. Cook until lightly browned.
Add garlic and cook 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
Add Merlot and salt. Cook to reduce all liquid. Set aside to cool.
Mix together bread cubes, milk and eggs with mushroom mixture.
Line 4 small molds with Saran Wrap and fill with Pudding mixture.
Place filled molds in a hot water bath and cover with foil.
Place in oven and bake for 1 hour.
