Muffin Batter
Our muffin batters are priced from $3.05 to $4.00 per kg, and are sold in 5kg buckets. One bucket of muffin batter will yield approximately fifty 100 gram muffins at a cost of 31-40 cents per muffin.
They require approximately 45 minutes in a 350 F oven. Oven temperatures and times may vary depending on your oven. They are best cooked in a conventional oven or a convection oven with the fan off.
